Specialists

Dr Anne O'Neill MBBS FACD

Dr Anne O’Neill is a highly experienced Medical Practitioner with over 25 years of experience as a Specialist Dermatologist. Since qualifying in 1989, Anne has worked in a number of Sydney teaching hospitals including Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Lidcombe Hospital and Royal North Shore Hospital. She established her own private practice in 1994. She is a pioneer in the treatment of children with vascular birthmarks in Australia using Laser technology. She established the first Laser Clinic at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, which has since been moved to the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. She continues to provide clinical services at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead where she is a member of the Multidisciplinary Vascular Birthmarks Study Group. Her hospital work has involved her in teaching both medical students and training dermatologists. She has served as a committee member for the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

Dr Jillian Wells MBBS(Hons) FACD

Dr Jillian Wells is an experienced specialist Dermatologist who has practised dermatology in England, Melbourne, rural NSW and Sydney. She currently heads the multidisciplinary Cutaneous Lymphoma Service at Westmead Hospital. Dr Wells has a reputation for providing empathic and considerate patient care.

Dr Simone M. Goldinger FMH (Switz) PD FACD

Dr Simone M. Goldinger is a certified dermatologist and university lecturer with a particular interest in skin cancer. Simone completed her initial medical and dermatology training in Switzerland before moving to Australia. Simone completed further dermatology training in Australia and is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

In Switzerland, she became an expert in her field of skin cancer, publishing several original research papers including contributions to The New England Journal of Medicine, Science, The Lancet Oncology and the Journal of Clinical Oncology as well as dermatology textbooks.

Simone has studied the skin side effects of new medications/therapies for a variety of diseases and has published multiple articles on this topic.

Simone is a member of several national and international societies. Simone is a hardworking, dedicated, thorough and empathic dermatologist. She is fluent in French, Italian, Spanish and English and speaks a little Mandarin. Outside of work, Simone is the mother of two young daughters, enjoys music, dancing and spending time with her family.

Booking Policy
If your problem is urgent or an emergency we would appreciate you contacting your GP requesting them to advise us on appropriate triage.

Referrals
Your visit to the practice will generally be the result of a referral from your general practitioner.

You may attend the practice without a referral from a general practitioner or other medical practitioner but if this occurs your rebate from the government funded Medicare insurance scheme will be significantly reduced.

Referrals are generally valid for 12 months for any one particular skin problem.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
